Successful start up of a new “Desander” system in Bipan (Frati Group), Italy. The system is cleaning MDF sander dust which is mixed with the dry fiber without adding any glue. The main advantages of the system are significant amount of glue saving, long life of sander belts and reduced amount of 2nd quality boards.
